MX1, a global leading media services company for the broadcast and video industry is looking for a Sport & Events Booking Coordinator, that will be in charged for the booking transmissions worldwide and for the operation of all bookkeeping aspects.
Main Responsibilities:
*Organizing and booking transmissions worldwide
*Sourcing and providing satellite capacity news gathering facilities and fiber connection for projects in every part of the world.
*liaising with internal and external clients, account handling and maintaining regular contact with customers.
*Vast customer service experience
*Experience in working in a global environment
*Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft *Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint,
*Experience with relational databases, data analysis and report writing
*English mother tongue or mother tongue level
*Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
*Available for minimum 5 shifts a week (9:00 –17:00 / 15:00 – 23:00), weekends and holidays
*Familiarity with ScheduALL or similar scheduling technology – an advantage
