למחלקה לשירותים חברתיים בשדרות ולארגון "בעצמי" דרוש/ה עובד/ת סוציאלי/ת למשרה מלאה לתפקיד ריכוז תכנית "תעסוקה לרווחה" - ליווי תעסוקתי וכלכלי של משפחות המוכרות במחלקה.

התפקיד כולל: ליווי פרטני ומשפחתי של משתתפים בתכנית- פוני המחלקה, גיוס משתתפים לתהליך אישי וקבוצתי, בנייה ויישום תכניות התערבות בראיה פרטנית ומשפחתית, רתימת שותפים, תפעול ותכלול התכנית ברמה המערכתית והקהילתית.

צוות איכותי ועבודה בסביבה דינאמית, העבודה כוללת מעטפת רחבה של הכשרות והדרכות מקצועיות.

דרוש/ה מנהל/ת אחזקה 

• אחריות לכתיבה וביצוע של תוכנית האחזקה המונעת לכלל ציוד העבודה במפעל.
• אחיות לביצוע אחזקת שבר לכלל ציוד העבודה במפעל.
• אחריות להפעלה וליווי של קבלני המשנה בתחום הבינוי, החשמל, הבטיחות והנוי במפעל
• אחריות לניהול ותיעוד ממוחשב של כלל מכשירי העבודה במפעל

למפעל פלסטיק דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת מוצר 

למפעל תעשייתי בתחום הפלסטיק דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מכירות שוק מקומי.
קשר עם לקוחות בתחום שהוגדר, פעולות שיווק, העברת מידע, איתור צרכים, קבלת דרישות .
שמירה וטיפוח קשרי העבודה מול כל לקוחותיו תוך ביקורים תקופתיים בהתאם לכל לקוח.
איתור מתמיד של עבודות חדשות בלקוחותיו וכן לקוחות חדשים בתחום שהוגדר.
קשר שוטף מול גורמי התפעול בחברה לייצור והספקת המוצרים שהוזמנו באיכות ובזמן המבוקש.
בנייה והעברת הצעות מחיר ללקוח ולגורמים בחברה בצורה מקצועית .
מעקב וניתוח תמידיים על ביצועי לקוחותיו והכנה ויישום טיפול בלקוחותיו לשיפור מתמיד שלהם.
מדדי הצלחה:
עמידה ביעדי המכירות החודשיים והשנתיים בתחום שהוגדר. 
הגדלת המכירות תוך עמידה ביעדי המכירה החודשיים.
שמירה על רווחיות לקוחותיו תוך שאיפה לשיפור מתמיד .
שביעות רצון של המנהלים והעובדים באגף.
שיפור בשביעות רצון של הלקוחות מפעילות אנשי השיווק ומתאמות.
סמכות:
זיכוי לקוחות על בעיות הספקה , איכות . 
ביטול מכירות או הסכמים והעברתם למנהל ישיר לאישור.
הוצאות כספיות במסגרת התקציבים שהוגדרו ובאישור מנהל ישיר.
חריגות בהוצאות למשלוחים מיוחדים לפי נהלים שנקבעו, ובאישור מנהל ישיר.
אחריות: (במובן של על מה אני נותן את הדין. או באנגלית Accountability.)
עמידה ביעדים ותקציבים שהוגדרו.
אחריות לגביית חובות לקוחותיו. 
שמירה על מסגרות האשראי והביטחונות המוסכמים.
קידום פעולות שיפור הנגזרות מסיקרי לקוחות.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading projects in the field of electrical design from idea to production
• Design and development of digital electronic PCBs for signal and image processing
• Responsibility for Analog circuit design - low noise pre-amplifier channels
• Working in corporation with the mechanical/software/engineering departments in Israel and abroad
• Working with subcontractors and suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Part of electrical R&D group, reports to Electronics R&D manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of the NPD Process (New Product Development),
• Managing the gating process for the entire product’s life cycle
• Define project scope, objectives and requirements and own the project plan, schedule, budget, resource management, vendor management, issues and risks.
• Preparation of the gates’ deliverables and presentation
• Create project management reports that concisely summarize project milestones, progress, resource allocation and other key metrics.
• Understand technically the content of the delivery and related risks.
• Be accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met.
• Interact daily with global and local teams such as development teams, marketing, engineering, functional managers, purchasing, production, and other involved, schedules and ensure all deliverable.
• Scheduling and planning work within the project, responsibility for risks management and building mitigation plans, internally and with subcontractors
• A member of the marketing team, direct report to marketing director
