We are looking for Java R&D lead. The project is a solution for privacy control and management which lets enterprises ensure GDPR compliance. It delivers efficient up-to-date business intelligence for data protection in enterprises.
Main responsibilities:
● Be responsible to implement business requirements through Java code
● Be responsible to deliver quality product (acceptance and integration checks on real environment before pass code to QA)
● Be part of the product team to make the product better and be able to collaborate effectively with PO, front end developers, QA, DevOps
● Create and maintain System and Software Architecture design for server-side components;
● Analyze requirements and recommend appropriate architecture;
● Ensure overall alignment of architecture with business needs;
● Recommend data structure for real property data;
● Design the overall strategy of the proposed solutions;

Requirements:
● Experience in Java 8 development with experience across a range of frameworks and libs, such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. Understanding of concurrency essentials.
● Experience with highly available, highly scalable, distributed and client-server system architectures;
● Ability to write clean, extendable and maintainable code.
● Experience in database technology such as SQL(Postgresql, H2)
● Experience in unix based OS (at least basic knowledge - find, filter, etc);
● Experience with network technologies and tools will be a big plus;
● Experience with CI/CD;
● Experience with Kafka will be a big plus;
● English on high level – verbal and written.
