Outgage is a disruptive startup in the field of B2B Marketing. Our unique direct mailing channel generates high-quality leads and high conversion rates.

 

We are growing our R&D and are looking for an experienced Web developer to join us and lead an R&D team. Responsibilities include: managing an agile R&D team, defining and leading the development of the Outgage platform and providing technical guidance and expertise.

 

Our technology stack is javascript-based with Angular 6.0, node.js and PostgreSQL, running on Docker and AWS.

Ideal candidates will have experience in agile team management, Web technologies and passion for going full-stack: UI, REST API, backend logic and DB queries.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing R&D team and/or project teams.

  • Good understanding of agile practices.

  • 3-5 years of experience with Web technologies: frontend frameworks (Angular 2+ a big plus), HTML/CSS.

  • 1-2 years of experience with node.js (express - an advantage)

  • Excellent understanding of REST and Web architecture

  • Experience with responsive design

  • Experience with PostgreSQL and with Sequelize - a big plus

  • Experience in Git, Docker, AWS - an advantage

  • Relevant B.Sc
