Customer Operations Specialist (Full-time position, Be’er Sheva)

Who is our Customer Operations Specialist? As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll understand user needs, and provide a 5-star user experience to each Delegate customer. You’ll work with our teams across the globe (Boston, San Francisco, Israel, Calcutta), to effectively handle day-to-day internal and customer issues, while helping build AI models to solve some of the most complicated tasks in the world. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of the new industrial revolution and learn how to build sustainable and scalable Human + AI solutions. Responsibilities

- Coordinate resources to fulfill user’s requests which results in high-quality service

in every aspect of the customer experience.
- Support our customers and remote assistants through direct interactions as well as building scalable solutions.
- Implement quality service standards to support automation and scalability using data.

- Provide insights to design best practices and increase capacity of our virtual assistants through AI solutions.

- Provide feedback to enhance how we fulfill requests and delight our customers.

- Enhance usage of our services by helping customers understand how to best utilize them.

- Effectively handle day-to-day issues and requests from internal teams. - Balance individual objectives while contributing to team goals and working together with other peers.

Skills & Qualifications

- Customer service, operations or account management experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills. You won that riddles competition or casually solve Rubik’s Cube.

- Passionate about solving customers’ challenges.

- Data analysis skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of (or enhanced ability to comprehend) technical concepts.

- You won’t run away when you hear artificial neural networks.

- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.

- Open-minded, collaborative, dependable, and poised when working through customer challenges.

- Excited about being part of a rapidly growing company.

 

This is a full time position (Sun-Thu) from our Be’er Sheva office.
