We are looking for a talented and highly motivated QA professional with experience in managing QA teams and process, working on multiple projects in the field of mechanical engineering and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of Quality in the R&D group
- Take full responsibility for all QA and integration aspects in the R&D
- Define guidelines and methodologies for large projects lifecycle
- Bring efficiency and innovation to the QA work
- Manage the testing team
- Adopt methodologies to customers’ needs
- Cooperate with multiple groups within the company: Customer service, development, system integration and product.
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:
At least 3 years, experience as a QA leader
Understanding of Agile methodology and practices
Strong technical skills and solid understanding of system architecture
Experienced in complex projects
Customer oriented approach, customer facing experience
Good presentation skills
Excellent English
Great interpersonal skills
Independent with the ability of taking initiatives
