WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are a mature medical startup looking for a user-experience expert to design our current & future products while ensuring a great user experience and consistent design for our customers
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Deliver user experience solutions & demos with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables.

Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements.

Translate concepts to wireframes/prototypes & detailed design specifications
-
Work closely with UX/UI designers, R&D and QA engineers
-
Plan, perform and analyze usability tests to internal and external customers

Constantly strive to improve the working process with all partners.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
-
At least 5 years of UX design experience with proven results demonstrating UX success.

Experience with Enterprise applications UX design – a must
-
Ability to work with customers to understand detailed requirements and use cases

Ability to analyze complex systems and processes – a must
-
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and customer in Hebrew and English – a must

Experience with Axure as prototyping tools – a must
-
Experience with handout systems such as Zeplin/InVision - an advantage
-
Understanding Data visualization is an advantage.

Education: Cognitive psychology, Design or Human-Computer interfaces education
