• Provide global support to dbMotion’s customers
• Manage incoming emails regarding customer requests and complaints
• Monitor live system of incoming communications
• General support center activities

• Excellent communication skills (English and Hebrew)
• Highly motivated; can visualize a future with dbMotion in other technical roles

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, friendly and professional demeanor • Capable of quick, independent study
General Information:
• Education: Student of Technical Studies, 2nd year or 3rd
• Half time position – in shifts. Nights and weekends
• Start date: Immediate
• Location: Beer-Sheva
