What will your job look like?

Own the overall testing scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; set program plan, set priorities, ensure optimization, and resolve conflicts to improve efficiency towards the business result or strategic intent.

Ensure the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results.

Lead all service aspects of the testing P&L based on the account governance guidelines.

Build partnerships with the Customer Business Executive (CBE) and Service Partner (SP) teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the customers and credibility, value, and relationships while maintaining communication with relevant partners at multiple levels; both internal and external.

Understand the customers' strategic needs and the business environment, and to partner with the CBE to enable new testing opportunities.
All you need is...

10+ years of experience leading large software testing teams in a production oriented environment
-
8 years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution.

Proven Experience with customer-facing activities.
-
Experience in managing projects in a global setup (multi-countries).

Experience in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment.

Proven and consistent professional (you are the bridge builder, you set the example for others in to follow as it relates to communication, managing expectations, and building/growing partnerships).

Proactive care: you have the experience that only comes with time: the ability to solve potential problems before they become the customer’s problem
