תאור תפקיד:

Lead, coach and manage the Plant staff
Mange the Plant Operations activity - seed processing, warehousing, and packing
Monitor, maintain and evaluate the efficiencies in the departments by operational leadership and process improvement
Ensure quality and safety standards are enforced and procedures are followed
Manage the Operational budget and investment plan
Interact with the other processing activities across Hazera and Limagrain group.
Lead projects that improve current processing practices and support tools
Lead planning processes, procedures, and tools, define planning practices to overlook improvement opportunities
Track and analyze operations performance to monitor KPIs
Overseeing all Maintenance requirements
Maintain a fluent communication with critical stakeholders in and outside Hazera

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Industrial Engineering or related field
At least 4 years of managerial experience in production operations from a large, complex industrial organization
Proven experience in leading and managing teams - set objectives, align goals, change management, unify teams, monitor progress, and track results
Experience working with LEAN-Manufacturing excellence programs
Proven experience in process design and improvement
Excellent planning and project management skills and results oriented
