What are we looking for?

MDClone is a mature medical startup looking for a user-experience expert. We need a sharp individual to refine our current product as well as design the UI/UX of future versions.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the basics of cognitive engineering such as user working-memory load, user-error types (slips and mistakes) and user-task complexity.
  • Deliver user experience solutions & demos with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements.
  • Translate concepts to wireframes/prototypes & detailed design specifications
  • Work closely with other UI/UX designers, R&D and QA engineers
  • Ability to hold user research: Interviews, analyse usage data, User journeys, ideation sessions and more
  • Plan, perform and analyze usability tests to internal and external customers
  • Constantly strive to improve the working process with all partners.
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

Academic and professional experience

  • At least 5 years of UX design experience with proven results demonstrating UX success.
  • Experience with UX Design for complex applications – a must
  • Ability to work with customers to understand detailed requirements and use-cases
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and processes – a must
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and customer in both Hebrew and English – a must
  • Experience with Axure as prototyping tools – a must
  • Experience with handout systems such as Zeplin/InVision - an advantage
  • Understanding Data visualization is an advantage.
  • Education: Cognitive psychology, Design or Human-Computer interfaces education
