What are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take a crucial part in our company’s growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and motivated to make our company the best workplace for our employees.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include leading a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates, through interviewing, hiring and onboarding while developing relationships with our managers to create the best candidate experience.
Your everyday responsibilities would be:

Managing the recruitment process from end to end

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in Israel and the US

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Work with Comeet, our applicant tracking system, to screen candidates and manage the hiring process

Source potential candidates through online channels
-
Conduct HR interviews in person and over the phone
-
Ensure excellent candidate experience

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
-

Manage and actively participate in HR and Talent Acquisition related projects

Take an active part in the onboarding process and employee experience

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
These qualifications can be taught at MDClone, but having them is an advantage:

Academic degree

Experience with technological recruiting

Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, various interview techniques, and evaluation methods

Experience with recruiting for a startup company
