What are we looking for?
MDClone R&D division is looking for an R&D PMO to help and streamline the Product/R&D processes. The role of the PMO will be to coordinate the development efforts based on plan NPI and Customer Success requirements.
Your daily responsibilities will be to:
- Help developing process planning
- Coordinate between Product, R&D, QA, System, Customer Success, and client requirements
- Help optimize the company’s allocation of system resources
- Managing and maintaining the company's environments for R&D, Product, and QA departments
- Planning and tracking the projects work plans, analysis, testing, and maintaining all the documentation per-version, including multi-disciplines, dependencies, and integrations
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:
Academic and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent relevant technical field
- Excellent Excel / Jira skills
- Managing complex projects independently
- Knowledge of PMO methodologies and tools such as MS-Project/Like, Office, Jira, DevOps tools
Personal skills:
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing in Hebrew & English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good presentation skills
