What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. As Executive Assistant, you will be an essential partner to the CEO, responsible for enhancing his effectiveness and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day and company initiatives. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and communicate the company's strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across all departments and teams.

Take the lead in tracking their progress, ensuring deadlines, decisions, and alignment with the CEO's vision. Act as the focal point for updates, keeping the CEO informed on their current status.

Monitor execution for CEO’s projects while providing regular updates.

Communication: A vital communication link between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review important communications, presentations, and documents on behalf of the CEO.

Manage CEO’s Admin to ensure calendar managing and scheduling, considering efficient prioritization.

Take a lead role in planning and structuring management and strategic meetings. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define meeting objectives, create agendas, and determine the optimal format to facilitate productive discussions.

Synthesize management and other CEO-led meeting discussions into concise summaries that capture decisions, action points, and follow-up tasks that are prioritized by the CEO and track their progress.
Academic and professional experience
-
3+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant or other relevant position within a dynamic environment (preferably a startup company).

Management experience - an Advantage.
