Junior Project Coordinator

We are a company that designs and develops autonomous robots and drones for various industries. Our
mission is to enable an autonomous feature by providing innovative solutions to complex problems. We are
looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team and assist in the coordination of our projects.
Job Overview:
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be assisting the VP Product and Projects in all aspects of project
coordination from kickoff to delivery. You will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers,
designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to
the satisfaction of the clients. In your job you will be reporting directly to the VP Product and Projects and
will be required to demonstrate problem solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure that project documentation is maintained and updated, including project plans,
schedules, risk registers, and issue logs.
 Work with the project team to ensure that project plans are developed and maintained, and that
project risks are identified and managed appropriately.
 Work with project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and that
project deliverables meet these requirements.
 Monitor project progress and report on status to project stakeholders.
 Provide administrative support to the VP Product and Project, including arranging meetings,
taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
