תאור תפקיד:

Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making, including pricing, capital allocation, and resource planning.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
Supporting the annual budget and capital expenditure plan and monitoring actual financial performance versus budget.
Managing cash flow, including cash planning, conservative investment management, revenue collection, and suppliers' payments.
Oversee the financial transactions, including approval of purchase requisitions and orders, payments, petty cash, payroll, audit, and other financial requests.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis to support strategic initiatives and meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to finance and accounting.
Managing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including investors, banks, and auditors.
lnitiate, manage, and comply with all tax requirements, by leading and steering the company's external accounting and tax auditors.
Manage intercompany controls to provide accurate and flowing
information to directors and management
Define financial processes to support the company's growth and implement them in the company's ERP.
Fulfill the whole scope of work as an individual, with the potential to expand the finance team while the company grows.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

CPA degree required, MBA - Advantage
5+ years of experience
Experience working in a growing start-up environment.
At least 3 years of experience as a corporate controller/ director of finance in a global high-tech company.
Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong financial modeling skills, with experience developing complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to provide insight and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth targets
Highly analytical and rigorous in driving decisions with data
Growth mindset and Can-do attitude
Experience with working in ERP (Priority - advantage)
Experience in an international environment with US and lsraeli entities - advantage
Team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
