We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of Engineering to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and completion of projects and you will lead our engineering department.
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Manage engineering team members , plan and coordinate work.
- Provide professional training and mentoring as needed.
- Conduct team member performance reviews including measurable KPI's.
- Participate in the mechanical design of the product.
- Mechanical Engineering : 10+ years experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms.
- Management : 5+ years experience leading and managing an engineering department.
- Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases.
- Experience with task management tools
- Proficiency in CAD , Office.
- "Hands-on" experience in mechanism assembly and practical engineering.
- Creative, "out-of-the box" mindset, team player with great communication skills.
- Fluent English
