Job description

• Responsible for procurement and expediting of Company supplies and services of the correct quality at or below the standard cost to the required delivery schedule.
• Negotiation with suppliers to achieve lowest cost of ownership
• Selection and measurement of reliable suppliers
• Assist Product Development & the Contract Manufacturers in the procurement of raw materials and critical components to release production bottlenecks
• Develop, approve and qualify sources and evaluates vendor reliability
• Generate Purchase Orders in the ERP system (MFG) and strive for continuous online update of the ERP system on due dates changes.
• Verify receipt of items, authorize payments, follow-up on deliveries until goods arrival
