Job description: Serve as expert in the products that the company manufactures and develops. Find solutions to problems with the products and help customers work through technical difficulties. Managing product wrapping and versioning.
\Job duties may include:
Researching technical issues
Managing and processing customer requests
Walking customers through solutions
Reviewing product change requests
Filing reports regarding product problems
Learning about product updates and new technologies
Technical support to the internal dev and QA teams including lab administration and DevOps activities
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent UNIX shell scripting skills, high level programming skills a plus.
Excellent understanding and working knowledge of networking, storage integration, web technologies, and enterprise system management.
knowledge of automating enterprise application deployments.
Project management skills and Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, system and performance tuning skills.
Ability to handle heavy workloads with limited supervision.
Ability to train and mentor stakeholders
Above-average level of written, verbal and diagrammatic communication skills in English including technical documentation skills
Willingness to travel abroad if necessary
Good service and human relations
