*Vast customer service experience
*Experience in working in a global environment
*Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft *Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint,
*Experience with relational databases, data analysis and report writing
*English mother tongue or mother tongue level
*Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
*Available for minimum 5 shifts a week (9:00 –17:00 / 15:00 – 23:00), weekends and holidays
*Familiarity with ScheduALL or similar scheduling technology – an advantage
