התפקיד כולל: ביצוע עבודות חשמל, ברשת עילית.
טיפול בשנאים, החלפות שנאים, החלפות מנתקים , פריסת כבלי רשת וכו' .
עבודה במשרה מלאה ימים ראשון עד חמישי 06:30-16:30 ונכונות לשעות נוספות
ימי שישי ע"פ צורך

התפקיד כולל ניהול של כלל הפעילות באתר: אחריות לעמידה בתקציב ולוחות הזמנים לביצוע עבודות ההקמה של הפרויקט, ניהול עובדים בשטח, התנהלות מול קבלנים וספקים, פיקוח על איכות העבודה, שמירה על הבטיחות, הזמנת ציוד ועוד.
אפיוני עיסוק:
ניהול כלל המשימות באתר בהתאם ללוחות זמנים מוגדרים מראש
שמירה על תקציב הבנייה והתייעלות
ניהול סדרי העבודה באתר – הדרכות בוקר, הכנסת קבלנים בצורה מסודרת לעבודה, וידוא סדר וניקיון באתר.
ניהול של הממשקים השונים באתר וסנכרון בין כל המשימות השונות – עבודות עפר, חשמל, קונסטרוקציה, אבטחה ועוד.
נוכחות יומיומית בשטח האתר, דוגמא אישית ושמירה על משמעת העובדים והקבלנים.
אחריות על תיאום ישיבות שבועיות (קיקאוף, תהליכי עבודה, ישיבות הקמה שבועיות).
העברת דוח יומי והתקדמות האתר להנהלת החברה.
ווידוא כי הדיווחים היומיים של העובדים בסוף כל יום מבוצעים כהלכה.
כלי צמ"ה – אחריות ווידוא שמירה על ציוד החברה עי' כלל עובדי האתר. תכנון עבודה שבועית, מעקב וביצוע.
תיאום הקשר בין המחלקות שעובדות באתר ווידוא תיאום ביניהן כמו גם תיאום מול מחלקת הנדסה ורכש.
