We are looking for a motivated and passionate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team.

Job Description and Responsibilities : 

- Mechanical design from concept to implementation including the definition of requirements, research and investigation, design, testing etc.

- Produce detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings, define and perform lab tests for verification and conformance of design outputs to meet the design inputs.

- Hands-on assembly, integration and testing.

- Design for functionality, manufacturability, cost, performance and safety standards.

- Support manufacturers during production, including onsite.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of Engineering to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and completion of projects and you will lead our engineering department.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and test electronic systems and components for SqUID.
• Conduct research to identify and evaluate new technologies and components that can enhance the performance of our robotic solution.
• Perform circuit design, schematic capture, evaluate PCB layout, and prototyping.
• Debug and troubleshoot electronic systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate electronic systems with software controls.
• Participate in the development and optimization of hardware components for SqUID, including motors, sensors and actuators, and communication modules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our robotic technology through innovation and creativity.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
• Supporting the annual budget and capital expenditure plan and monitoring actual financial performance versus budget.
• Managing cash flow, including cash planning, conservative investment management, revenue collection, and suppliers' payments.
• Oversee the financial transactions, including approval of purchase requisitions and orders, payments, petty cash, payroll, audit, and other financial requests.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis to support strategic initiatives and meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to finance and accounting.
• Managing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• lnitiate, manage, and comply with all tax requirements, by leading and steering the company's external accounting and tax auditors.
