We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of Engineering to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and completion of projects and you will lead our engineering department.

Job Description and Responsibilities : 

 - Manage engineering team members , plan and coordinate work.

- Provide professional training and mentoring as needed.

- Conduct team member performance reviews including measurable KPI's.

- Participate in the mechanical design of the product.

• הובלה ותמיכה בפרויקט במערכות ביצוע ייצור ורובוטיקה מתקדמת, חשמל ואוטומציה .
• במסגרת התפקיד, נדרש להוביל פרויקטים של השקעות במפעל תוך הקפדה על כך שהפתרון הטכני עומד בסטנדרטים של נסטלה ומסופק באיכות המצופה, בזמן ובתקציב.
• הכנת המשתמש והמפרט הטכני, תיאום דרישות המשתמשים העיקריים (ייצור, איכות וכו'), מעקב אחר פיתוח הפתרונות, בדיקה מוקדמת,
• הטמעה והדרכה של מפעילים וצוותי תחזוקה.

As an Electronics Engineer at Bionichive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and advancing our cutting-edge robotic solution, SqUID. We are looking for a passionate and talented Electronics Engineer who will help us drive innovation, efficiency, and reliability in our automation technology.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and test electronic systems and components for SqUID.
• Conduct research to identify and evaluate new technologies and components that can enhance the performance of our robotic solution.
• Perform circuit design, schematic capture, evaluate PCB layout, and prototyping.
• Debug and troubleshoot electronic systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate electronic systems with software controls.
• Participate in the development and optimization of hardware components for SqUID, including motors, sensors and actuators, and communication modules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our robotic technology through innovation and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in electronics engineering.
• Wiring harnesses definition.

• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making, including pricing, capital allocation, and resource planning.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
• Supporting the annual budget and capital expenditure plan and monitoring actual financial performance versus budget.
• Managing cash flow, including cash planning, conservative investment management, revenue collection, and suppliers' payments.
• Oversee the financial transactions, including approval of purchase requisitions and orders, payments, petty cash, payroll, audit, and other financial requests.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis to support strategic initiatives and meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to finance and accounting.
• Managing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• lnitiate, manage, and comply with all tax requirements, by leading and steering the company's external accounting and tax auditors.
• Manage intercompany controls to provide accurate and flowing
• information to directors and management
• Define financial processes to support the company's growth and implement them in the company's ERP.
• Fulfill the whole scope of work as an individual, with the potential to expand the finance team while the company grows.

יישום דוגמאות של חומרי גלם 
מתן הנחיות לתיקון מוצרים שלא אושרו בפעם הראשונה (RFT) ושטיפות 

למפעל ותיק ומוביל בתעשייה דרושים /ות תופרים/ ות בעלי מוטיבציה להתקדם ולהשתלב
בחברה בתפקיד מוביל ומאתגר בכפוף למנהל הייצור.

לחברה ותיקה ומובילה בתעשייה דרוש/ה איש/ת אחזקה בעל מוטיבציה להתקדם ולהשתלב בחברה לתפקיד מוביל ומאתגר בכפוף למנהל אחזקה.
מתן מענה ותיקון תקלות שבר במכונות הייצור ואחזקה שוטפת.
אחריות על תפעול ותחזוקה מונעת של המערכות התומכות בייצור.
אחריות על אחזקת מבנה ותשתיות המפעל.
הדרכת העובדים בתפעול המכונות.
ניהול מלאי חלקי חילוף.
