For a leading global consultancy company, that offering a range of services/practices in the construction industry, we are looking for a Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for experts CM/QS individuals to join the team delivering excellent service to our client, for a large construction project in the high-tech industry. Close partnership with client, working with multiple departments, roll is challenging and influencing on project results with great achievements.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Provide commercial and contract support through the 
  construction stage of the project
• Produce bills of quantities/estimates to provide client detailed 
  budgets
• Ensure initial cost plans are sufficient to carry out the works to 
  be undertaken
• Perform tender analysis to ensure value for money is achieved 
  and that the works have been procured at the best market rates
• Review GMP forms of contract all specific to each individual 
  projects requirements
• Provide project controls support to align with the client’s needs 
  and procedures
• Communicate effectively with other staff members, the general 
  contractor and the client
• Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Cost Manager must be able to take a brief from our client and 
  deliver clear outputs
• Experienced and capable of closing out commercial, change 
  orders and contract issues
• Assist in with providing the production of provide commercial 
  and contractual review and support clients audits
• Support the onsite team with cost control, cost reporting and 
  forecasting
• Perform interim valuations to ensure subcontractor payments 
  are correct and made in a timely manor
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including the handling of any 
  claims to ensure the client gets best value from works 
  undertaken

התפקיד כולל אחזקה תפעולית מונעת ושבר, תפעול ואחריות על עבודת הציוד והתפעול השוטף ועבודות  אחזקה כלליות.
עבודה במשרה מלאה- ראשון-חמישי 07:00-16:00
נכונות לכוננויות והקפצות 24/7- בסבבים
עבודה בשישי- משמרת בוקר, בסבבים.

הגדרת תפקיד:

מתן שירות של הטבלת נשים לפי ההלכה, באופן זמין, נגיש ואיכותי. הבלנית מהווה את הדמות המקשרת בין הטובלות ובין המסורת היהודית.

תחומי אחריות:

1. הטבלת נשים:

1. פתיחת המקווה וסגירתו בהתאם לשעות הפתיחה על פי הנוהל.
2. הטבלת הנשים לפי ההלכה, לרבות זמינות מלאה לטובלות ומענה לשאלותיהן.
3. ביצוע בדיקת חיטוי למקווה בהתאם להנחיות משרד הבריאות.
4. אחראית על ריקון בור הטבילה ועל איכות המים, בהתאם להנחיות ועל פי נוהל תחזוקת מקוואות.
5. אחראית להודיע על תקלות במקווה לרכז תחום הדת.
6. אחראית על הניהול השוטף, הטיפול במלאי, וכן על מתן התראה מבעוד מועד על מחסור או צפי למחסור במלאי לרבות, סבון רחצה, שמפו, בדי בדיקה, חומרי ניקוי, מגבות, סולר וגז בהתאם לנוהל.
7. בכל ערב, רישומן של הטובלות ועריכת סיכום חודשי של מספר הטובלות.
8. גביית אגרות טבילה והעברת הסכום הנגבה למועצה בהתאם לנוהל.
9. תיאום טבילת כלות.
10. מתן אישורי טבילה לכלות.
11. ניקיון המקווה ובור הטבילה.
12. משימות נוספות בהנחיית המנהל.
13. תפקיד בחירום.

תיאור המשרה ותחומי אחריות:

• ביצוע בדיקות מעבדה לפי נהלים מאושרים ובהתאם לכללי ייצור נאותים (GMP)
• תמיכה אנליטית בתהליך היצור, ביצוע בדיקות והעברת תוצאות
• לקיחת חלק בכלל פעילויות המעבדה: טיפול בחריגות, עדכון נהלים, סדר וארגון
• שימוש לפי הצורך בכל מכשירי המעבדה
• עבודת משמרות

תיאור המשרה ותחומי אחריות:

• הפעלת מכונות הייצור השונות, כיוונן והתאמתן למוצרים השונים
• טיפול ואחזקה מונעת בחדרי הייצור
• הכנת מערך הייצור הסטרילי
• עבודה בחדרים נקיים ובסביבת GMP
• עבודה בהתאם למרשמי הייצור ונהלים
• עבודת משמרות כולל לילות, 24*6

• ניהול ריכוז וכתיבה של אירועי איכות קריטים לרבות אירועים הדורשים הודעה לרשויות
• ניהול ריכוז וכתיבה של תחקירי עומק ואירועים חריגים בתהליכי הייצור
• ניהול ישיבות תקופתיות הקשורות לחריגות וממצאיהם
• סקירה ואישור חריגות מטעם האיכות
• מעקב ובקרה על פתיחה, ביצוע וסיכום תחקירי אירועים חריגים.
• ניהול הממשקים במחלקות השונות במפעל בהקשר של ביצוע תחקירים.
• הדרכה וחניכה לממשקים במחלקות השונות במפעל על ביצוע תחקירים אפקטיביים תוך הגעה לסיבות השורש ויישום פעולות מתקנות ומונעות מתאימות.
• מעקב אחר חריגות חוזרות.
• הצעת פעולות מתקנות ומונעות אפקטיביות למניעת הישנות חריגות במפעל.
• קידום פרוייקטי שיפור איכות בהקשר של מניעת חריגות במפעל.
• אחריות על עמידה במדדי איכות של אירועי איכות קריטיים, אירועים חריגים ותחקירי עומק

1.    Product Transition:
•    Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to ensure smooth transition of products from development to production.
•    Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) reviews.
•    Develop and implement engineering change requests/orders (ECR/ECO).
2.    Process Optimization:
•    Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, productivity and reduce costs
•    Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and equipment.
3.    Quality Assurance:
•    Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high product quality and reliability.
•    Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
•    Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
•    Monitor the production improvement by KPIs.

4.    Production Support:
•    Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
•    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
•    Train production staff on new processes and equipment.
5.    Project Management:
•    Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to drive product and process improvements.
•    Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
•    Collaborate with the production planning team to plan and schedule manufacturing operations.
•    Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
6.    Technology Integration:
•    Evaluate and integrate new technologies and automation solutions to enhance production capabilities.
•    Work with suppliers and vendors to source and implement new equipment and materials.
