RCK is looking for a skilled and experienced breeder to join our excellent R&D team and
take part in leading innovative cannabis breeding projects. We offer you to join a dynamic
startup company dedicated to cannabis genetics, with proven success in breeding elite
cannabis varieties and a significant impact in the Israeli cannabis ecosystem.
Role description:
Breeding of proprietary cannabis varieties meeting market requirements, suitable for varied
global segments.
How your day will look like:
✔ Build-up and implementation of breeding and pre-breeding projects for product
development.
✔ Germplasm collection, characterization, and utilization.
✔ Planning and execution of field experiments.
✔ Data compilation, analysis, interpretation, and reports.
❖ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture / Biology / Genetics – a must.
❖ At least 2 years of proven experience in plant breeding – a must.
❖ Excellence in management and organizational skills.
❖ Team worker, with good communication skills.
❖ English - High level.
❖ No criminal record.
