Altera Health\dbMotion is looking for an innovative and talented Senior Software Engineer who will participate in the design, development, and support of enterprise software applications in .NET C# and MSSQL, using diverse technologies. Additionally, the developer will take an active part in the design, development, and deployment of the next generation of the dbMotion Cloud-based solution. The individual will be responsible for cross-team development with different teams in India and US.

Requirements:

5+ years of programming experience.
.NET and C# 6.0+ backend programming experience
Vast knowledge and experience in OOA & OOD
Experience with cloud development, Azure is an advantage.
Experience in Distributed applications and messaging systems
Experience in Web Services, MS WCF, REST, and SOA-based applications
Experience in Enterprise Product development
Experience in high-scale Enterprise Applications
Experience in .net multithreading and in multithreaded applications in a high-volume environment.
Experience in SQL Server 2016 and up, T-SQL.
Experience in Unit Testing Frameworks and TDD
Experience in industry standards – JSON, XML
Experience in agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both Hebrew and English, being able to work with cross teams, external vendors, and clients.
Able to troubleshoot problems on legacy code, both functional and performance
Team player as well as a great independent owner and contributor.
Ability to work with global teams

Desired skills:

Knowledge of .NET and MS-based technologies, design patterns, SDKs, and application blocks.
Experience in secured Programming - a plus (TLS, HTTPS, secured code, security scans, and audits)
Experience in debugging and analysis tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, WinDbg
Experience in microservices development, .Net Core.
Participation in the development of large, performance-sensitive .NET enterprise applications.

Education:
