What are we looking for?

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take a crucial part in our company’s growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and motivated to make our company the best workplace for our employees.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include leading a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates, through interviewing, hiring and onboarding while developing relationships with our managers to create the best candidate experience.

 

Your everyday responsibilities would be:

  • Managing the recruitment process from end to end

    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in Israel and the US

    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

    • Work with Comeet, our applicant tracking system, to screen candidates and manage the hiring process

    • Source potential candidates through online channels

    • Conduct HR interviews in person and over the phone

    • Ensure excellent candidate experience

    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

  • Manage and actively participate in HR and Talent Acquisition related projects

  • Take an active part in the onboarding process and employee experience

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

Personal Skills:

  • A passion for working with people

  • Strong partnership skills with the ability to create relationships and drive change with leaders across a broad range of seniority

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Work in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt and respond to change

  • Team player with the ability to work independently 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

 

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

These qualifications can be taught at MDClone, but having them is an advantage:

  • Academic degree

  • Experience with technological recruiting 

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, various interview techniques, and evaluation methods

  • Experience with recruiting for a startup company
