Job Brief We are looking for an energetic training specialist, who will introduce the MDClone platform to end users. The specialist will work closely with clinicians, researchers and IT/BI teams and will be MDClone’s representative on-site with our customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Development of training materials and work methods
• Training analysts, clinicians, researchers, and IT staff
• Encourage input and feedback from end-users to streamline implementation of the platform
• Work with the MDClone professional services & product technical teams on content development
• Solicit feedback from end-users and share with internal teams
