- Provide global support to dbMotion’s customers
- • Manage incoming emails regarding customer requests and complaints
- • Monitor live system of incoming communications
- • General support center activities
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:
Requirements:
- • Technical Oriented, experienced with computers
- • Basic understanding of PCs and servers
- • Knowledge of Database (SQL / Biztalk servers) – a plus
- • Ability to work in shifts (24/7)
Personal Skills and Characteristics:
- • Service oriented
- • Excellent communication skills (English and Hebrew)
- • Highly motivated; can visualize a future with dbMotion in other technical roles
- • Responsible
- • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, friendly and professional demeanor

Education:
- • Student of Technical Studies, 2nd year or 3rd
