תאור תפקיד:

The product manager will join the dbMotion Solution Team taking part in defining and leading the roadmap of the product, manage priorities and drive innovative solutions. As a product owner, the associate product manager will have responsibility for several areas of the solution and will lead all aspects from the requirement phase through to delivery, including but not limited to:

Scope setting
Design Review
Development and testing tracking
Delivery & Training
Support the delivery group
Engage and lead discussions with customers

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Requirements:

2 years of experience in System Analysis/Product Management/Development
Proven ability & experience in system analysis of complicated, enterprise systems
Planning and conducting analysis sessions with all customers, internal and external
Defining product specifications and features
Experience in design and analysis of frontend and backend areas\applications
Good understanding of Enterprise Software (tools and processes)
Understand data modeling
Experience in leading development teams from inception to deployment

Advantages:

Medical Informatics / Healthcare IT experience
Previous experience and knowledge of products lifecycle
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
Experience in UX design, Human Centered design and best practices
Experience with data modeling design

Personal Skills and Characteristics:

Highly responsible, accountable, independent, and self motivated
Multi tasker
Ability to work in a distributed work environment (different locations, cultures & time zones)
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
