Responsibilities

Handle the purchasing of materials, supplies, equipment, or services for ZutaCore, and monitoring orders until they are accepted by the warehouse.
Follow-up and document invoices.
Maintaining relationships and negotiating deals with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
Seeking ways to reduce costs while improving the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
Effectively communicating with project managers regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production and development.
Comply with Quality Management System (ISO9001) requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience working with technical functions (R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.)
Close attention to detail and self-motivated
Self-learner, quick learner.
Able to analyze and solve problems.
Excellent teamwork; good communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
