The position of Supply Planner is focused on the fulfillment aspects of the supply chain supporting the alignment of sales with supply plans, inventory policy, and overall transparency between sales, production, and procurement units.

The Supply Planner reports to the Supply Planning Manager and is a key member of the Israel Supply Team.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

  • Responsible for Mid-Long term production and supply planning for formulation and synthesis
  • Own FC validation process (methodology TBD), identify gaps between demand streams that may cause overstock in the channel. Understand business opportunities and asses possible risks as part of the monthly S&OP cycle.
  • Analyze and present changes on supply FC between months to identify upsides/downsides, impacts on inventory, and purchase plan.

Validate opportunities with RSCM for upsides and asses about the risk of downsides as part of the S&OP cycle.

  • Prioritization of orders if there is a constraint on production or due to anticipation requested by SU
  • Lead allocation process with PS, Cluster head on region/country level for AI produced in Israel, validate and follow up on supply plan, continuously adjust the plan based on updated supply and demand
  • Provide monthly estimation for end of quarter inventory taking into consideration validated purchased and IG+TP sales FC
  • Ensure inventory levels are aligned within company policy and guidelines without risking Service Level and Idleness WP target
  • Accountable for Supply Review and Plant S&OP
  • Accountable of monthly planning cycle (synchronize demand production and purchase)
  • Capacity analysis on synthesis, formulation and packing lines
  • Production and supply planning for Tollers and contract Manufacturing
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

Experience

  •  3 - 5 years of experience in planning
  •  Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Very high level of Excel
  • Power BI - big advantage
  • Very high level of English
  • Experience preparing PPT presentations and high presentations skills
  • APICS certificate - preferable
  • Production / Planning systems knowledge

  • B.SC Industrial Engineering

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with people of all levels within the business
