Who is our Customer Operations Specialist? As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll understand user needs, and provide a 5-star user experience to each Delegate customer. You’ll work with our teams across the globe (Boston, San Francisco, Israel, Calcutta), to effectively handle day-to-day internal and customer issues, while helping build AI models to solve some of the most complicated tasks in the world. Responsibilities

- Coordinate resources to fulfill user’s requests which results in high-quality service

in every aspect of the customer experience.
- Support our customers and remote assistants through direct interactions as well as building scalable solutions.
- Implement quality service standards to support automation and scalability using data.

- Provide insights to design best practices and increase capacity of our virtual assistants through AI solutions.

- Provide feedback to enhance how we fulfill requests and delight our customers.

- Enhance usage of our services by helping customers understand how to best utilize them.

- Effectively handle day-to-day issues and requests from internal teams. - Balance individual objectives while contributing to team goals and working together with other peers.

ז. סיוע בבנייה ויישום יעדי תכנית העבודה והתקציב השנתי.
ח. מעקב אחר חוזים, למימוש התחייבות החברות נותנות השרות.
ט. ניהול קשר שוטף עם גורמים אוניברסיטאיים, קבלנים וספקים.
י. ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיות הממונה.
יא. כפיפות: מנהל מחלקת המשק.

א. מתן הכוון וייעוץ קריירה אישי לסטודנטים ובוגרים בכלל ובחברה הערבית בפרט.
ב. שיווק ופרסום פעילויות המרכז לפיתוח קריירה בקרב סטודנטים ובוגרים.
ג. ארגון סדנאות עבור מועמדים ואיתור מועמדים פוטנציאליים להשתתפות בסדנאות.
ד. גיוס, ליווי ומעקב אחר מועמדים בתכנית התמחויות בחברה הערבית לרבות פיתוח מאגר התמחויות למשתתפי
התכנית.
ה. ניהול קשרי מעסיקים - איתור, פיתוח ושימור קשר עם המעסיקים לרבות בניית מאגר משרות עבור סטודנטים
ובוגרים.
ו. ביצוע מעקב ובקרה אחר מועמדים ומתעניינים בשירותי המרכז לפיתוח קריירה.
ז. תכנון וסיוע בהפקת אירועים: ימי זרקור, מפגשי מעסיקים, הרצאות אורח וירידי תעסוקה.
ח. עדכון אתר אינטרנט ובסיסי הנתונים של המרכז בתחומי פעילותו לרבות רשתות חברתיות.
ט. ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיות הממונה.

We are growing our R&D and are looking for an experienced Web developer to join us and lead an R&D team. Responsibilities include: managing an agile R&D team, defining and leading the development of the Outgage platform and providing technical guidance and expertise.

Our technology stack is javascript-based with Angular 6.0, node.js and PostgreSQL, running on Docker and AWS.

Ideal candidates will have experience in agile team management, Web technologies and passion for going full-stack: UI, REST API, backend logic and DB queries.

ב. בנייה, ניהול ושיפור התשתית הדרושה להדרכת עובדים והטמעה של כלי נגישות באוניברסיטה (לומדה, מצגות, הדרכה, כלים מקוונים וכד').
ג. ריכוז מידע וניתוב המידע אודות אפשרויות ההנגשה של אתרים ומסמכים, התקשרויות עם גורמי חוץ לצורך כך ושירותים רלוונטיים.
ד. קידום המודעות והמיומנות בארגון בנושא נגישות מקוונת לאנשים עם מוגבלות.
ה. מתן יעוץ והדרכה לעובדים וליחידות בהנגשת אתרים ומסמכים.
ו. מעקב מדגמי על התקדמות הארגון ביישום הנושאים הנ"ל.
ז. עבודה בתיאום שוטף עם אגף מיחשוב ומערכות מידע.
היקף: 50% משרה תקציבית.

• Development of processes for information security teams, development and operation of e-government and other partners
• Partner in establishing connections and collaborations with cyber security companies, communications providers and other bodies dealing with cyber security in Israel, including government bodies
• To carry out additional functions as necessary and to determine the representative of the array to be appointed
• Perform additional roles as needed
