התפקיד כולל מתן תמיכה טלפונית לעובדי הארגון, פתרון תקלות חומרה ותוכנה, עמידה ביעדי איכות וזמנים, עבודה בסביבה לחוצה אך מאתגרת.

א. ניהול יומן ראש המחלקה וקביעת פגישות לוועדות בתחומי פעילות המחלקה.
ב. ביצוע מטלות מזכירותיות לראש המחלקה: דואר, תיוק, הדפסות, דוא"ל וכו'.
ג. ריכוז הטיפול בהגשה למלגות ופרסים עבור תלמידי המחלקה והסגל האקדמי במחלקה.
ד. ריכוז הטיפול במערכת שעות והזמנת חדרים.
ה. ריכוז וטיפול בנושא בחנים.
ו. סיוע בארגון סמינרים, כנסים, אירועים וימי עיון במחלקה.
ז. קבלת קהל הסטודנטים ואורחי המחלקה.
ח. ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיות הממונה.
ט. כפיפות: ממונה על המנהל במחלקה

ריכוז מנהלי ותפעולי של תחום הערכת איכות באוניברסיטה מול המל"ג.
ב. ריכוז, מעקב ודיווחי האוניברסיטה למדדי הדירוג הבינלאומיים.
ג. תכנון וארגון לוגיסטי של סדנאות ותדריכים להערכת איכות עבור הסגל האקדמי והמנהלי.
ד. תכנון לוחות זמנים עבור היחידות המוערכות וביצוע מעקב ובקרה.
ה. איסוף, ניתוח נתונים מגורמים נדרשים, בדיקתם, עיבודם ושילובם בדוחות הערכת איכות ובדוחות הדירוג
הבינלאומיים.
ו. תיאום, ארגון, תכנון וליווי ביקורי ועדות הערכה במחלקות.
ז. ליווי המחלקות בתהליך הכנת דוחות ההערכה הפנימיים, מעקב, בדיקה, ועריכת דיווחי המחלקות על ביצוע
השינויים עקב תהליך הערכת האיכות.
ח. ביצוע, ליווי ומעקב שוטף אחר פרויקטים בתחום פעילותו של המשנה לרקטור.
ט. ביצוע מטלות מזכירות בלשכת המשנה לרקטור, רישום פרוטוקולים ומעקב אחר ביצוע ההחלטות.
י. ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיות הממונה.
יא. כפיפות: משנה לרקטור.

QA Engineer

We are:

You are:

A QA Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in QA as well as 1 year spent creating, executing and analyzing automatic tests. You’ve got programming/scripting knowledge (in at least one of the relevant languages. Your technical skills and your web-related knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, browser debugging) make you a pro at identifying bugs and solving complex problems.  

You know how to ask the right questions and push back when it’s needed. A Sherlock Holmes style problem solver, you’re good at taking ownership of complicated tasks and leading others in complicated projects. You’re self-motivated, self-taught and work well in teams as well as independently. 

Bonus points if you have experience in Java, Selenium and web testing.
