• Promote best practices of change management and configuration management processes of complex electromechanical products, within PDM > PLM > ERP systems and their respective functional data flow • Systematically control and document changes to the configuration of the products • Maintain the integrity and tractability of the configuration throughout the product life cycle • Manage all change requests • Evaluate • Manage and organize reviews and approval workflows of all change requests • Managing ECOs and their implementation in production • Manage and update status on change control and product configuration • Communicate product configuration and change status to management and other stakeholders • Comply with Quality Management System (ISO9001) requirements technical, cost, and schedule impact on product release and delivery

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering BoM and Configuration processes within the product development landscape. Experience with global suppliers and customers • Recognized technical skills and judgment relevant to the project discipline • Experienced with MS Office, SolidWorks, PDM, Agile, and Priority ERP Software • Specific experience with electromechanical devices/components • Experience working with technical functions (R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) • Close attention to detail and self-motivated • Problem-solving mindset • Excellent teamwork • Advanced English proficiency
