• ניהול והובלה של פיתוח מערכות אבטחה, תצפית וסנסורים. הובלה של למעלה מ 15 מהנדסי מערכת במספר צוותים. הובלה בפועל של פעילות מולטי-דיסציפלינארית בפרויקטים בהיקף של למעלה מ 50 מהנדסים. חברות בהנהלת אגף ההנדסה
• הובלת הנדסת המערכת במספר פרויקטים מאתגרים במקביל. יצירת סינרגיה ושיתוף עם צוותי התוכנה, חומרה, מכניקה, אופטיקה וקושחה
• פיתוח מרכזי שו"ב ומערכי תצפית המשלבים מערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות, מכמי"ם תקשורת, אנרגיה, רחפנים ועוד
• עבודה מול גופי פיתוח מדיסציפלינות שונות וקבלני משנה. הגדרת דרישות, אפיון מבצעי, הובלת סקרים, אינטגרציה והטמעה
• אחריות על כל שלבי פיתוח משלב הארכיטקטורה ועד המסירה. אחריות מלאה על ניהול כוח האדם. אחריות מלאה לניהול תקציבי הפיתוח המוקצים ולתוצרים המקצועיים
• ממשק ישיר עם היחידות העסקיות, השיווק והתפעול. אחריות לכלל פעילות ההנדסה מול היחידות

• אחראי על אפיון והובלת תהליכי פיתוח של מערכות מורכבות עתירות חומרה ותוכנה בסביבה מטריציונית, משלב אפיון מערכת ועד לשלב מסירה ללקוח
• System Of Systems
• פיתוח מרכזי שו"ב ומערכי תצפית המשלבים מערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות, מכמי"ם תקשורת, אנרגיה, רחפנים ועוד
• עבודה מול גופי פיתוח מדיסציפלינות שונות וקבלני משנה
• הגדרת דרישות, אפיון מבצעי, הובלת סקרים, אינטגרציה והטמעה

• אחריות לריכוז, ביצוע ובקרה של תהליכי הבטחת האיכות במפעל:

* מכשור – בדיקת תקינות וכיול, בדיקת עמידה בתקנים עבור ציוד חדש

* מטריצת הדרכות – אחריות להכנה, תיעוד, בקרה ומעקב תכניות הדרכה

* ליווי מבדקים חיצוניים ופנימיים – כולל תיעוד, תחקור ובקרת ביצוע

* טיפול באי התאמות, תלונות לקוח, תחקירים (DB) ובקרת פעולות מתקנות

* הוראות עבודה – עדכון, תיעוד ותמיכה בכתיבה

* חומרי אריזה וחומרים טכניים – קשר עם ספקים, בדיקות קבלה ובדיקות איכות
* תיעוד מידע ותהליכים במערכות שונות (SEQ, QV)
