תחומי עיסוק ואחריות

ניהול הענפים, המוסדות השירותים הקהילתיים והוועדות בתחומי הקהילה.

הכנה ובקרה של תקציבי הקהילה השנתיים ( מקורות שימושים והשקעות).

ייצוג הקיבוץ מול מוסדות חוץ בענייני הקהילה.

ניהול ישיבות הנהלת קהילה, קידום וביצוע המדיניות שנקבעה על ידה.

ניסיון בהובלת תהליכים ופרויקטים.

זיהוי צרכי הקהילה והפרט תוך מעורבות בחיי הקהילה, מתן מענה ופתרונות לפניות חבריה ותושביה.

ליווי וריכוז תהליכי בחינת אורחות חיים והטמעת התהליכים בשוטף.

פיתוח תהליכים חברתיים.

יישום מדיניות, כפי שנקבעה על ידי הנהלת הקהילה והאסיפה.

בניית תיעוד ומסמוך, תקנונים ונהלים – למען שימור ופיתוח התרבות הארגונית.

• Gain deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience of the AdBox system, including the on-premise, cloud and embedded layers.
• Define manual and automated, testing and strategies, as well as execute functionality, compatibility, integration and reliability testing for our cloud and on-premise applications
• Develop testing kits that involves a mixture of hardware gadgets and software modules to monitor the health and accuracy of the final product
• Grow our current test cases to cover our dynamically evolving product
• Executing manual and automated tests.
• Administering cross-functional meetings & present features definition

• Develop AdBox complex cloud-based backend services as well as rich UI components for our cross-regional system.
• Co-work with cross-functional members  to develop, design and own business processes, AI-pipelines, content-management workflow and commercialization of complex, challenging, distributed products.
• Develop task-critical system, disaster-recovery scenarios and top-of-the-art monitoring and statistic-driven system to achieve 24/7 services-availability
• Research and development using cutting edge technologies, architecture and methodologies

- Research and develop cut-of-the-edge Deep Learning driven methods for content classification & matching.

- Develop machine learning methods for identifying visual patterns and morphological-similarity and cross-match them with variety of methods

- Implement these methods efficiently on a variety of different frameworks from high performance computing systems as well as embedded low-budget hardware devices.

- Carry out evaluation of the developed software to demonstrate its competitiveness and fitness for purpose.

- Taking responsibility for functionality, performance and robustness.

- Collaborate with Developers, QA and Product team members to ensure company's directions and estimate deliveries

- Develop industry-first system to recognize content based on structural and vision patterns

- Optimize in-house vision algorithms to run on variety of operating system, cloud and embedded architectures

- Deploy a scalable-product with industry top standards

- Work closely with our QA and Product team to meet on time scheduled deliveries

2. חניכה וחיזוק המודעות לאיכות ובטיחות מזון בעמדות העבודה
3. איסוף נתונים וביצוע מבדקי איכות

מתן מענה וקבלת קהל במרפאה פעמיים בשבוע בשעות פתיחה מוגדרות.

הסייע/ת הינו/ה חלק מצוות בית הספר ותפקידו/ה ללוות את הילד בהתאם לתוכנית המוגדרת ומנוהלת על ידי הצוות החינוכי.

העבודה היא בבית ספר אלונים, בקריית החינוך של שער הנגב.

העסקה באמצעות מועצה האזורית שער הנגב.

תחילת עבודה – מיידית

• פיתוח והובלת התפיסה החינוכית, החברתית והארגונית של מערכת החינוך החברתי.
• ייזום תכניות חברתיות וחינוכיות למימוש תפיסה זו.
• קיום קשר מתמשך וקשוב ומתן מענה לפניות ההורים.
• ייזום וביצוע פעולות ושאיפה מתמדת לשילוב מירב הילדים במערכת החינוך.
• אחריות על איתור, גיוס ומיון כוח אדם מקצועי למערכת החינוך החברתי.
• אחריות על בניית תוכנית העבודה השנתית לקבוצות הגיל השונות, בהלימה לתרבות הקהילה וערכיה.
• הנחיית וליווי הצוות המקצועי, אחריות להכשרה ולפיתוח המקצועי של הצוות.
• קיום קשרי עבודה ושת"פ עם ממלאי תפקידים בקהילה: מינהלת החינוך, מנהל האגודה וועד האגודה.
• קיום קשרי עבודה ושת"פ עם בי"ס, גורמים מקצועיים, מחלקת החינוך והנוער במועצה ותנועת הנוער.
• השתתפות פעילה בפורום רכזי חינוך באזור ושותפות בגיבוש המדיניות החינוכית ברמת האזור.

• בניית תוכניות עבודה פרויקטאליות.
• מעקב אחר התקדמות תוכנית הפרויקט ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.
• תיאום מול מחלקות שונות בחברה
• תיאום מול קבלני משנה
• עדכון מצב נתון להנהלת החברה
• הפקת דוחות
