We are on the lookout for a talented versatile developer to assist our CTO to develop prototypes in a variety of technologies. The role responsibilities include leadership in the future development of core company components and technologies.

To be successful in this role, you should be a technology lover, a person who can think more than 2 steps forward.

Responsibilities:

• Assist development of ad hoc projects and technologies with MDClone CTO. 
• Assist development of teams with new technologies and development methods.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious Full Stack web developer to join our core product team. We want you to take part in the design, development, and testing of MDClone’s core features. You will work closely with our product, development, and QA teams, to take an active role in bridging the gap between client business needs, user experience, and technical implementation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Web application development.
• Implementation by design and development specifications.
• Translation of the UI/UX design to actual code based on advanced visualization tools.
• Working with High development standards and methodology 
• Working with product managers, quality assurance engineers, and user experience designers to build the best products for our customers

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a user-experience junior to design our current & future products while ensuring a great user experience and consistent design for our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Deliver user experience solutions & demos with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements.
• Translate concepts to wireframes/prototypes & detailed design specifications
• Work closely with other UI/UX designers, R&D and QA engineers
• Plan, perform and analyze usability tests to internal and external customers

Role Brief:

We are looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious developer to join our WPF team in producing a unique desktop application for healthcare research. The candidate will be responsible for implementing the application’s rich feature set and its integration into the MDClone ecosystem. The application will also require the ability to integrate with and leverage third-party modules from healthcare application marketplaces. The candidate will work to bridge the gaps between business needs, graphical design, and the technical implementation of the application by working closely with MDClone’s product, development, and QA teams.

The candidate will join our data team, working closely with MDClone’s medical, development and QA teams to contribute to the company’s core product features.

• Design, implement and maintain code, using various technologies.
• Integration of your code with an application marketplace and desktop application engine.
• Design schemas to support application requirements and for optimized performance.
• Provide new means for insight discovery in large databases.
• Continuously produce improvements to operational processes and procedures, as well as maximizing the value of the data for researchers.

The National Autism Research Center of Israel (NARCI) was established to improve diagnosis and treatment of autism in Israel by creating research infrastructure that serves researchers at universities, medical centers, and industry.
Our goal is to transform Israel into an international leader in the development and implementation of effective autism diagnosis and intervention techniques. To achieve this goal, we developed an innovative research model that integrates science and clinical care, and promotes partnerships between academia, government, healthcare providers, and the Israeli autism community. A cornerstone of our efforts is the development of a National Autism Database, which is the largest and most comprehensive autism database in Israel. This database has already yielded over 20 studies about the causes of autism, early detection of the disorder, and the efficacy of both existing and new treatments.

The role
We are looking for an experienced CEO who will manage all aspects of NARCI in accordance with the strategic development plan of the center. The CEO will work closely with the director of NARCI and its board to achieve critical developmental milestones. The CEO will manage a team of over 30 full- and part-time employees at multiple research sites throughout Israel.

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the director and board to define and implement NARCI strategy.
• Oversee all operations and activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission (including managing middle management, committees, developing and monitoring workplans and operational policies).
• Navigate complex political relationships with multiple stakeholders across the ecosystem.
• Build relationships of trust with key partners in the ecosystem.
• Report to the board and keep them informed on progress, potential roadblocks and recommended adjustments.
• Focus and drive execution, deadlines & results across NARCI’s network.
• Plan and manage the operations & Gantt of all scientific projects, ensuring project controls, accurate reporting and accountability (both financial and scientific).
• Write organizational PR materials, enhance local, national and international visibility.
• Establish standardization and synchronizing of protocols across projects/studies.
• Enforce regulatory guidelines and establish policies to maintain privacy and ethics.
• Mentor and interact with NARCI staff at all levels to foster their growth and development.

ה. תפעול ותחזוק הציוד: ביצוע אחזקה שוטפת, אחזקה מונעת ותי קוני שבר בית המלאכה.
ו. וויסות משאבי כ"א ותקציבי בית המלאכה ע"פ הצרכים.
ז. מתן סיוע הכשרה והדרכה בעבודה על מכונות בית המלאכה לסטודנטים, מדריכים ואנשי סגל במעבדות ההוראה והמחקר.
ח. אחזקה ורכישת ציוד ומלאי חומרים לצורך מחקר ופרויקטים.
ט. מעקב אחרי פיתוחים וחידושים בתחום ושדרוג הציוד ועבודת בית המלאכה בהתאם.
י. נאמן בטיחות מחלקתי. אחראי על סדרי בטיחות במסגרת פעילותו במעבדות הוראה והמחקר ובהתאם לדרישות החוק.
יא. ניהול וארגון צוות עובדי בית המלאכה.
יב. ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיות הממונה.
יג. כפיפות: ראש מנהל הפקולטה למדעי הטבע.
