א. תחזוקת מערכות ההגברה והמולטימדיה מערכות ועידה בחדרי ישיבות, כיתות ובאולמות באוניברסיטה הכנה
ויישום תכנית עבודה שנתית, ביצוע מעקב שוטף, בהתאם למטרות ויעדי המחלקה.
ב. התקנה ותפעול מערכות המולטימדיה וההגברה בישיבות הנהלה )נמ"ר(.
ג. מתן יעוץ בכל הנוגע לרכש ציוד מולטימדי ה והגברה לאולמות וכיתות קיימים ולפרויקטים חדשים.
ד. הנחייה, ליווי ופיקוח אחר קבלני ההגברה במהלך האירועים ובכל זמני פעילותם באוניברסיטה.
ה. טיפול בתקלות ציוד מולטימדיה והגברה.
ו. הדרכת עובדי המשק בנוגע למענה ראשוני לתקלות המולטימדיה בכיתות ואולמות וכן לסיוע בכל הקשור למערכות
בתחומי טיפולו.
ז. ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיות הממונה.
ח. כפיפות: ממ"ח משק.

תיאור התפקיד:
א . ריכוז תחום השתלמויות, לימודים וקורסים.
ב . גיוס עובדים על כל שלביו . דגש על פיתוח ערוצי סורסינג לגיוס בעיקר רשתות חברתיות .
ג . טיפול וניהול תקציב המדור והרכש.
ד . סיוע וגיבוי מקצועי בתהליכים ובפרויקטים המתבצעים במסגרת המדור.
ה . ביצוע מטלות בהתאם להנחיית הממונה.
ו. כפיפות: ממ"ח משאבי אנוש – סגל מנהלי וטכני

Has significant knowledge of and true commitment to Israel and worldwide Jewish communities
Responsibilities
• Devising and implementing fundraising strategies
• Working with the Vice President for Public Affairs of BGU and local volunteers to develop and strengthen local boards of trustees
• Recruiting, motivating and guiding volunteer activists
• Identifying new potential donors and managing early leads
• Strategizing on and implementing approaches to major philanthropists/Foundations
• Including arranging University visits for current and potential donors.
• Organizing in-person and virtual events.
• Seeking investors to BGU's startups and tech transfer companies
• Keeping abreast of local and regional opportunities.
• Liaising closely with the University and individual academics, developing focused project proposals across the breadth of the University’s activities

ז. סיוע בארגון ובניית תשתית לארגון הבוגרים, עדכון ותחזוקת מאגר מידע בנושא בוגרי התוכנית, ארגון

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious Customer Success Partner.

The Customer Success Partner is responsible for supporting the strategy and successful deployment of MDClone at customer sites in Israel.  This is a critical role that requires influence with all stakeholders of client organizations  (up to CEO level) to take clinical concepts into healthcare operations.  The Primary purpose of this role is to manage and control MDClone projects for customers and ensure project completion in time, within budget, and meeting customer needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Manage product implementation on customers’ site

• Involvement and manage installation

• Product maintenance with an interface with the Product team

• Product upgrades 

• Responsible for translating customer’s business needs into technical solutions or requirements

• Manage MDClone – Customer relationship, boots on the ground

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project success and management of cross functional operations, processes, and services that support implementation

• Proactive solution-minded management of integration and ability to communicate and visualize project and business impacts through implementation timeline

• Define and deliver on clinical and operational elements key to customer success

• Support MDClone Product Management or other MDClone Management by providing project management control on key initiatives.

• Work with Project Team to define estimate & schedule project work to achieve project scope.

• Provide a platform for communication and relationship management -- engage stakeholders for buy-in, relieve bottlenecks & appropriately manage complex and/or difficult communications

• Monitor project performance and manage through execution and control via information and reporting; Assist in root cause analysis.

• Identify and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.

• Manage scope to the contract, and follow scope change process for any changes throughout project lifecycle

• Clear communication of project plan timelines and deliverables, iteration of work breakdown structure and clear communication of meetings and discussion minutes with status of tasks, work to be completed, and work in progress.

• Ability to manage internal and external resource calendars and competencies as required for project success

• Set and communicate team/individual responsibilities

• Definition of gaps in team member or client competencies and escalation of gaps to leadership in a timely fashion

A talented Product Engineer to facilitate the design and manufacturing of our next line of exciting products. As a Product Engineer, you will be working closely with the design team to create industry-relevant products that meet company specifications. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Bridge between the product management team and the dev team

• Manage grooming discussions with the Dev team

• Interface with the R&D development team

• Convert business needs into a product specification for functional and non-functional requirements

• Support product scoping process in the view of the development execution

We are looking for a talented, creative and ambitious developer to join our Global Network team in producing a unique web application for healthcare research. You will be responsible for implementing the application’s rich feature set and its integration into the MDClone ecosystem. The Web application will also require the ability to integrate with and leverage other internal and external healthcare applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Becoming ‘expert’ at all aspects of the product’s look, feel and functionality

• fluent in mostly in front frameworks, multiple language coding and UI/UX visualization tools

• Quickly absorbing and leveraging new technologies

• Writing and working with English design documentation and development specifications

• Consistently achieving high technical standards and methodologies

You will work closely with our product, development, and QA teams, to take an active role in bridging the gap between client business needs, user experience, and technical implementation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Web application development.

• Implementation by design and development specifications.

• Translation of the UI/UX design to actual code based on advanced visualization tools.

• Working with High development standards and methodology 

• Working with product managers, quality assurance engineers, and user experience designers to build the best products for our customers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Deliver user experience solutions & demos with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements.

• Translate concepts to wireframes/prototypes & detailed design specifications

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, R&D and QA engineers

• Plan, perform and analyze usability tests to internal and external customers

• Constantly strive to improve the working process with all partners.
