 ניסיון מעשי בתחומי האיכות בתעשייה
 יכולת ניהולית מוכחת, בכלל זה ניהול צוות עובדים ניסיון – 5 שנים.
 תקשורת בינאישית גבוהה ללקוחות חיצוניים ופנימיים. -
 יכולת ביטוי וניסוח טובים )בכתב ובעל פה(, בעברית ובאנגלית.
 התמצאות בתחום הטכני, פלסטי, אנליטי בתחומים בהם המפעל עוסק. –
 כושר ניתוח, הבנה וראיה מורחבת של תהליכים, זיהוי מגמות והסקה לוגית.
 התמצאות גבוהה בהפעלת כלי מחשב: כל תוכנות ה - OFFICE , עבודה בסביבת ERP , וכו'.

 ניסיון בתעשייה חובה, בענף הפלסטיקה יתרון. – – -
 ידיעת שפות יכולות ביטוי בכתב ובע"פ וניהול מו"מ ברמה גבוהה בעברית ואנגלית. –
 יישומי מחשב.

השכלה:

ניסיון מקצועי נדרש:

• ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בניהול, בדגש על ניהול רב תחומי.
• ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בניהול צוות עובדים.
• ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בריכוז פרויקטים, בארגונים חברתיים או במגזר העסקי. הניהול יכלול ניהול של היבטים תקציביים ,הובלת שותפויות, גיוס ואיגום משאבים.
• ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בעבודה עם המגזר הכפרי- יתרון.
• יכולת מוכחת של תפיסה פרטנית לצד קהילתית ומערכתית.
• ניסיון בתוכניות תעסוקה לטווח ארוך והוצאתן לפועל- יתרון.
• נכונות לעבודה בשעות מגוונות וגמישות .

- Develop industry-first system to recognize content based on structural and vision patterns
- Optimize in-house vision algorithms to run on variety of operating system, cloud and embedded architectures
- Deploy a scalable-product with industry top standards
- Work closely with our QA and Product team to meet on time scheduled deliveries

Skills:
- At least Bachelor Degree at Computer Science (or compatible)
- Over 3 years of computer vision software and techniques experience
- Excellent C++ development skills (3y+)
- Working with media libraries such as OpenCV
- Experience with Machine Learning - an advantage
- Strong foundation in software development/engineering including software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution
- Ability to work well in a very dynamic, fast moving environment with high expectations
- Ability to learn new technologies independently

AI:
Duties:
- Develop machine learning methods for identifying visual patterns and morphological-similarity and cross-match them with variety of methods
- Implement these methods efficiently on variety of different frameworks from high performance computing systems as well as embedded low-budget hardware devices.
- Carry out evaluation of the developed software to demonstrate its competitiveness and fitness for purpose.
- Taking responsibility for functionality, performance and robustness.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA and Product team members to ensure company's directions and estimate deliveries

Skills:
- At least Bachelor Degree at Computer Science or Math
- Over 3 years of Machine / Deep learning of computer vision related problems
- Excellent C++ development skills (3y+)
- Working with Machine Learning frameworks (such as Tensor Flow)
- Experience with vision library such as OpenCV - an advantage
- Strong foundation in software development/engineering including software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution
- The ability to work well in a very dynamic, fast moving environment with high expectations
